This page describes how ProbeIQ (operated by GRS · Galloway Research) collects, uses and protects information. This is a working draft and will be finalized before general availability.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, company), scan configuration and findings for the assets you authorize, and standard operational logs. We use privacy-first, cookie-less analytics and do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, respond to your enquiries, and communicate about your account. Scan data is processed to produce your findings and reports.

Data protection

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and activity is written to a tamper-evident audit log. Retention and residency options are available on request.
